About the position

The Inside and Outside Sales Representative for Mobile Lifts will be responsible for driving sales in the Bucket Truck Division, focusing on both inside and outside sales activities. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating sales agreements while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and seek new leads, prospects, or clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to meet specified production goals.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services, make proposal presentations, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs.
• Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies/procedures to new and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Computer skills.
• Organized and capable of following internal procedures.
• Capable of following manufacturer's manual.
• Must have bucket truck sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a driving transcript from DMV.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Friendly and able to work well under pressure.
