About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team! This is a fully onsite role where you will own an assigned book of business, acting as the ultimate champion for our Commercial and Industrial customers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or high-stakes customer retention.
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, self-managed.
  • Intermediate-level proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • A strong work ethic, high integrity, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in the solid waste industry is a huge plus!
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated book of business, handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure our commercial and industrial clients stay loyal and satisfied.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals, navigate price adjustments, and field competitive cancellation requests with strategic, win-win solutions.
  • Exceed monthly quotas on net new business and price achievements through proactive account penetration and pipeline management.
  • Use Salesforce daily to track your pipeline, schedule activities, and document customer touchpoints.
  • Work hand-in-hand with operations, billing, and field sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
