Responsibilities
- Review prescriptions
- Organize & label medications
- Provide and counsel patients
- IV experience is preferred
Requirements
- An active California Pharmacist license is required
- Must have Pharm D
- 1+ year clinical Pharmacist experience
- Partial PGY1 is a plus!
- Paid hospital internship is preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
- Background and drug screening required
- Health screening required
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
