About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Restock room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest comfort.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
  • Coordinate with front desk and management to prioritize room cleaning based on guest check-in and check-out times.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
