Infor M3 Techno Functional Senior Consultant

About the position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Infor M3 Techno Functional Senior Consultant with multiple implementations/support experience. This position's primary responsibility will be to work as a lead support member on the AMS program. Under limited supervision, the Senior Consultant must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The Senior Consultant must possess fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles. The Senior Consultant must be able to discuss technical issues competently with client stakeholders and develop technical recommendations based on options presented. The Senior Consultant will be accountable in driving activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, process improvements, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work as a lead support member on the AMS program.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Discuss technical issues competently with client stakeholders.
• Develop technical recommendations based on options presented.
• Drive activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Infor M3 Cloud and related applications.
• Troubleshoot BOM updates, routing issues, and MRP inconsistencies.
• Work with Infor ION, MEC, APIs, and BODs to resolve data and integration issues.
• Provide on-call support for high priority issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Excellent hands-on working experience on Infor M3 applications.
• Deep understanding of Infor M3 offerings.
• Expertise in M3 integrations, data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in L2/L3 technical support, minor enhancements, API management, and data pipeline optimizations.
• End-user support and troubleshooting for production planning, batch processing, and MRP issues in Infor M3 CloudSuite.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

• Familiarity with Infor M3 food industry-specific workflows and compliance.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
