About The Position

This position is responsible for building rafts and sponsons according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications while maintaining quality standards and production schedules. Team members glue and bond materials, measure and place accessories, apply coatings and logos, and help ensure finished products meet customer expectations. Advanced finishers may also assist with training, offsite installations, or repair work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Steady full-time work and/or school history with explainable employment gaps and strong professional references
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately and efficiently
• Dependable work ethic with a focus on quality and meeting production deadlines
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and adapt to changing production needs
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work and school experience
• Works well with coworkers and contributes to a positive team environment
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Treats others with respect and maintains professionalism at all times
• Willingness to learn new skills, accept feedback, and share knowledge with teammates
• Positive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to stay productive and focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience using hand tools, rollers, heat guns, and other powered or manual tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply industrial adhesives
• Assemble inflatable boats and components using hand tools and heat tools
• Measure, trim, and fit materials to product specifications
• Install ropes, handles, accessories, and protective materials
• Inspect air chambers and seams to ensure products are sealed and leak-free
• Clean, inspect, and package finished products
• Follow quality control and safety procedures throughout the production process
