About The Position

As our new Key Account Manager Industry, you will be spearheading Grundfos' market share growth in the Machine Tool OEM segment by managing strategic key accounts, securing long-term purchasing agreements, and serving as a trusted technical resource to customers and internal teams alike. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in engineering or a technical discipline
  • 1-3 years of Industrial OEM sales experience in the Machine Tool Industry or equivalent engineering related experience
  • Professional-level sales and negotiation skills with the ability to present at all management levels
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, dosing systems, and disinfection equipment
  • Understanding of profit and loss accounting and organizational revenue flows
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms with aptitude for learning new systems
  • Travelling up to 120-130 days per year

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Grow/Win process for targeted OEM customer groups, driving measurable market share growth in the Machine Tool Industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective accounts to maximize Grundfos' value proposition
  • Conduct due diligence on total sales opportunities within key accounts, ensuring all applicable Grundfos products—especially iSolutions and e-products—are positioned
  • Analyze competitive market positioning and contribute to advantageous pricing structures and strategic account selection
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage opportunity pipelines, and prepare for monthly Grow/Win reviews with leadership
  • Collaborate with global Key Account managers, sister companies, and the Denmark BDC to align on account strategies and process improvements
