This position is focused on sales for Red Wing Shoes, an industry leader in work and outdoor footwear. The role involves both in-store and outside/off-site selling, requiring a customer-focused individual who can work independently and develop industrial accounts through a mobile shoe truck. The candidate will be responsible for driving the truck, engaging with customers, and fulfilling sales targets while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Understand in-store and outside/off-site selling
• Drive mobile shoe truck to develop industrial accounts
• Engage with customers and provide excellent service
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Fulfill sales targets and responsibilities
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to drug-free policies
• Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Pay attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of sales experience
• Strong customer service skills
• B2B sales experience
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Physically capable of bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 30 pounds
