Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment adhering to safety guidelines.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools daily for various tasks.
• Be flexible with work hours based on workload and job demands.
• Maintain compliance with company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform wire pulling and electrical terminations as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members to assist in planning and achieving company goals.
• Maintain personal tools and ensure they are documented and up to date.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely, including time accounting and work order completion.
• Ensure positive customer and employee relations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of mechanical experience or 1-2 years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred.
• Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License upon meeting state qualifications.
• Ability to obtain ISA's CCST Level 1 Certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in industrial electricity is preferred but not required.
