About the position

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will play a crucial role in providing eye and vision care while managing your practice autonomously. This position allows you to establish your own practice days, hours, and fee schedules, while keeping 100% of your exam and professional fees. You may also opt for additional support services if permitted by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye and vision care to patients.
• Manage your own practice schedule and patient appointments.
• Set your own fee schedule for services rendered.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and service.
• Utilize available equipment and support services as needed.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
