About the position
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. This role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The position is fully remote, allowing for collaboration with a team from the comfort of your home or office.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
- Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with commercial tax preparation software.
- Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.
