The job exists to calculate and analyze corporate Formula bonus program results and payouts. The individual will serve as the point of contact for all employees, including senior leadership, regarding the Formula bonus program.
Responsibilities
Compile, process and audit quarterly Formula bonuses for a large corporate employee group.
Track and calculate results for employee specific KPI's (Sales, Profitability, etc.) on a quarterly basis.
Process, update and adjust for changes in employee compensation to maintain accurate Formula bonus details.
Create and distribute monthly performance reports with all supporting documents.
Field questions from employees and management regarding performance reports.
Audit and maintain the integrity of source documents used in Formula bonus calculations.
Reconcile data provided and escalate reconciliation issues with manager.
Identify and present opportunities for process improvement.
Automate Formula bonus worksheets for assigned areas.
Calculate monthly Formula bonus accruals for assigned areas.
Perform other Finance duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma.
At least 2 years of work experience in compensation, internal audit, financial analysis, and/or accounting.
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel, including the use of SUMIFS, nested IF statements, V/XLOOKUP, and leveraging pivot tables.
Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities, and critical deadlines.
Experience ensuring assignments/projects are accomplished within tight timeframes.
Nice-to-haves
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience working with incentive compensation environment.
