About the position

The Inbound Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing inbound inquiries through various channels such as chat, phone, and email. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, qualifying leads, and ensuring timely follow-up with the appropriate teams. The position requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound chats, phone calls, and emails.
  • Managing and organizing leads that come through SAP inbound channels.
  • Inputting leads into SAP CRM and other marketing automation tools in a timely manner.
  • Profiling inbound leads and routing them to the appropriate lead qualification or sales team.
  • Providing customer service by responding to inquiries and routing them for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Quickly identifying potential escalations and routing them to their manager for action.
  • Undertaking contact build activities.
  • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of target's business and products.

Requirements

  • A BBA, BComm, or BA graduate (minimum).
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Interest in the high-tech industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Previous phone skills or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual French writing and speaking is a plus.
