Responsibilities
- Maintains high service standards
- Handles cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures
- Serves all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures
- Assists with busing tables when necessary
- Strives for finer points of service such as ensuring water glasses are filled and tables are free from dirty dishes
- Exercises positive warm hospitality
- Maintains knowledge of food items
- Demonstrates excellent communication and guest relations skills
