About the position

As a Coordinator Marketing In-House at Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity. A typical day will include scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations, providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals, and ensuring that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Hyatt Vacation Club products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
  • Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
  • Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to HVC.
  • Greets guests; anticipates and addresses their needs.
  • Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contributes to team goals.
  • Always follows company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
  • Enjoys interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a sales environment.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
