About the position

The In House Marketing Manager in Training (M.I.T) position is designed to develop an individual from the ground up over a one-year period or quicker based on prior experience and the ability to grasp information. This program aims to address the lack of flexibility seen in many of our managers and supervisors, who may be unable to relocate due to personal circumstances. The goal is to fill 6-8 Manager/Supervisor roles as the market stabilizes, providing a pipeline of management potential and ensuring that individuals are ready for placement when opportunities arise. The pay for this position is $25/hour with no commission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop skills and knowledge necessary for management roles within the organization.
  • Commit to potential relocation for future openings in various markets.
  • Participate in a leadership development program that enhances regional operations.
  • Engage in knowledge-based learning to prepare for management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Newly graduated college student or someone with a couple of years of job experience.
  • Industry experience in sales or marketing, preferably without prior management roles.
  • Strong customer service background is a plus.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and personable with excellent people skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and communicate effectively.
  • Relocatable individuals with a desire to inspire and motivate.
