Responsibilities

  • Own Your Business Like a CEO: You sell and also run your territory like a business. You track performance, identify gaps, and take extreme ownership of your results.
  • Lead From the Front: Set the standard. Be the example in the field. Show others how it's done through relentless effort, elite communication, and unmatched closing skills.
  • Drive a Culture of Accountability & Winning: Create a high-performance environment without excuses. You challenge your peers, hold yourself accountable, and raise the bar every single day.
  • Track & Dominate Your Scorecard: Know your numbers. Live in your KPIs. Obsess over your close rate, conversion %, average ticket, and pipeline-because results matter.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-home sales experience (plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar).
  • Strong closer-you know how to handle objections and maximize revenue.
  • You are dissatisfied with the status quo and always pushing to be #1.
  • You have an 'I have to win' mindset. Quitting or losing is not an option.
  • You are restless-you can't sit still and always seek the next challenge.
  • You wake up early, hit the gym, and attack the day with purpose.
  • You don't need a manager telling you what to do-you already did it.
  • You own the room-maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow.
  • You think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation.
  • You're an active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly.
  • You track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and close rates.
  • You optimize and refine sales strategies to increase efficiency and results.
  • You are data-driven-not just selling but analyzing why you are winning.
  • You are always improving and learning from others.
  • You actively seek out mentorship, coaching, and new techniques to sharpen your edge.
