About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking customer-focused In-Home Sales Professionals to help homeowners upgrade their bathrooms with premium bath and shower remodeling solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at building trust, guiding homeowners through decisions, and closing deals consultatively. This role involves meeting with homeowners for pre-set, high-intent appointments, understanding their needs, designing customized solutions, and delivering a world-class customer experience. The position requires travel within a 100-mile radius of the sales professional's home.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence asking for the sale while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
  • Ability to build trust and create a comfortable buying experience
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Availability for a rotating stable schedule: Week 1: Monday-Friday, Week 2: Tuesday-Saturday
  • Availability for appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
  • Ability to run approximately 11 appointments per week (not guaranteed)
