About the position

Dry Force Corp is urgently hiring a Restoration Sales Specialist for a full-time position based in Pflugerville, TX. This role is primarily remote, with sales consultants dispatched from home. All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators, eliminating the need for cold calling. After completing training, the consultant will only need to come into the office for scheduled weekly meetings. As a Restoration Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for determining the scope of work and providing estimates to homeowners during their times of need. You will attend screened appointments arranged by our dispatch office, focusing on high sales techniques to achieve a successful 'one visit close' during in-home appointments. The ideal candidate will meet with homeowners to assess their needs, provide solutions, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will also manage remediation crews to ensure job progress and compliance, monitor job status, and communicate effectively with customers, company management, and insurance carriers. A commitment to responding promptly to new job notices and completing all necessary documentation in a timely manner is essential. Dry Force has been in operation since 2003, driven by a mission to assist individuals during critical times, and we are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our expanding sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
  • Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
  • Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need.
  • Execute top-notch customer service as an in-home sales specialist.
  • Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job.
  • Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers.
  • Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs.
  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Previous mitigation experience required
  • Experience with DASH preferred but not required
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours a week
  • Proficient with modern technology
  • Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
  • Stable work history with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to successfully close sales
  • Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
  • A positive attitude
  • Self-motivated
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory record
  • Clear criminal background
  • Ability to pass drug screen
  • High school or equivalent education
