About the position

Dry Force LLC is urgently hiring a Restoration Sales Specialist for a full-time position. This role is primarily focused on in-home sales, where you will be dispatched from home to meet with homeowners who are in need of restoration services. All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators, which means you will not be required to make cold calls. After completing your training, you will only need to come into the office for scheduled weekly meetings. As a Restoration Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners during their times of need. You will be visiting screened appointments arranged by our dispatch office, and your goal will be to complete the “one visit close” during these in-home appointments. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 per year, along with various benefits that support your health and well-being. We are looking to expand our sales team with motivated and outgoing In-Home Sales Specialists who will act as the first responders onsite for water damage. Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
  • Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates
  • Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
  • Execute top-notch customer service as an in-home sales specialist
  • Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
  • Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
  • Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Previous mitigation experience required
  • Experience with DASH preferred but not required
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours a week
  • Proficient with modern technology
  • Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
  • Stable work history with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to successfully close sales
  • Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
  • A positive attitude
  • Self-motivated
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory record
  • Clear criminal background
  • Ability to pass drug screen
  • High school or equivalent
