Responsibilities

• Canvass local territories to generate leads.
• Educate homeowners about available solar programs and collect necessary documentation for proposals.
• Follow up with self-generated leads to secure contracts.
• Communicate proposals effectively during in-home presentations.
• Maintain and update information in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Discuss finances and tax liabilities with homeowners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in in-home sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other communication platforms (Email, Chatter, WhatsApp).
• Ability to discuss financial matters confidently with homeowners.
• High energy, urgency, and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
