About The Position

We believe in treating every client with dignity, respect, and kindness because at We Care for Elders and More, “Where Healthcare is Respected.” We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate In Home Caregivers to join our growing team in the Conway, SC area. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, safety, and companionship within the home setting. Our staff provide the best home health care services and cater to the specific needs of each client. We bring high quality care right to your loved one's front door so that they can stay at home, in an environment that is comfortable and familiar to them.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience required
Reliable transportation required
Ability to pass background check
Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Nice To Haves

Experience working with seniors preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and transfers
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping related to client care
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff
Follow all company policies and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
