About The Position

Develops the EMR training curriculum, overall training strategy, and creates and maintains the training environment. Responsible for administering the EMR credentialing program to end-user trainers and evaluating their ability to conduct the training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

• Epic certification(s) as needed, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops the EMR training curriculum, overall training strategy, and creates and maintains the training environment. Creates instructional materials including courses, curriculum, student guides, and training materials.
• Defines and documents learning objectives.
• Updates and manages course details in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Adapts training based on survey feedback.
• Conducts research and collaborates with subject experts in support of the creation of the training environment.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations.
• Regularly exercises independent judgment on matters of significance within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions/approaches.
