About the position

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager at Booz Allen, you will play a critical role in supporting large-scale IAM projects for government clients. This position focuses on analyzing the identity lifecycle, defining access requirements, and implementing enterprise-class solutions to manage user privileges and credentials. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing cybersecurity measures and ensuring compliance with federal policies.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale IAM projects for government clients.
• Analyze the identity lifecycle and articulate access requirements.
• Define enterprise identity records and manage credentials.
• Design, deploy, and support systems for verifying user privileges.
• Implement enterprise-class solutions for identity and access management.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Manager and Identity Governance principles.
• Understanding of federal policy landscape and guidance, including FedRAMP and NIST standards.
• Ability to provide recommendations on technical services for ICAM initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience with commercial IAM platforms or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Entrust PKI Certificate Authority and products.
• Experience implementing Smart Card Login and developing PKI solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services.
• Ability to consult with clients on translating business requirements into technical designs.
