About the position
As an Ice Cream Scooper at Negranti Creamery, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our company while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests. You will be tasked with preparing ice cream scoops and presenting our delicious frozen treats to customers, while also educating them about the unique benefits of Sheep's milk and our product offerings. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers, making them feel valued and appreciated during their visit. In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for effectively displaying products and merchandise to maximize sales and profitability. You will need to handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently, all while maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. Your role will also involve communicating with team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere, encouraging a “Team Player” mentality among staff. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Prepare ice cream scoops and serve products efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking supplies.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience as a cashier is beneficial.
- Current food handler's card is preferred.
- Ability to maintain composure under high volume of customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and energetic with a positive attitude.
