This role will focus specifically on the digital experience of consumers and/or patients who could benefit from Sanofi specialty therapies. As part of the Patient/Consumer Advanced Analytics & AI team, you will be accountable to provide the data, systems and analytical tools to identify and resolve issues encountered by consumers/patients on their health journey. You’ll define the product strategy, lead a global team, and partner with cross-functional teams spanning Patient Support Services (PSS), Data Engineering, Data Science and more. The ideal candidate brings a deep background in Reporting & Analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI and Product leadership and possesses a passion for innovation, clear communication, and driving measurable business impact. This is a highly visible role that requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both business and technical audiences. As the iCare Advanced Analytics (AA) & AI Product Line Owner you will lead Sanofi’s Patient Support Services Digital Advanced Analytics & AI portfolio globally with a focus on the US. That includes: Enabling Patient Support Services reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing insights to leadership for all relevant specialty therapies on patient journey bottlenecks Scaling iCare Analytics outside of the US with a focus on measuring impact Leading the transition from Business Intelligence to GenAI/Talk-To-Data Governing the Snowflake data warehouse containing all relevant datasets associated with our patient support ecosystem (Aggregated Patient Files, Patient Relationship Management (PRM) and connected Digital Therapeutic applications (Dtx)) which requires the utmost integrity in governing sensitive privacy related information Right sizing and managing a team of internal and external resources Identifying and incorporating AA & AI innovations to remove patient journey hurdles About Sanofi: We’re an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
