About the position

The IAM Sr. Technical Business Analyst - Vice President at MUFG is responsible for supporting the Access Controls, Certification, and Systems Accounts Inventory with LCM systems. This role involves collaborating with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand business requirements, assisting the engineering team in writing design specifications, and delivering user documentation. The position requires a strong background in Identity & Access Management, particularly in Access Controls and Identity Inventory, and involves quality assurance, testing, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand business requirements and enterprise IT standards.
  • Assist the engineering team in writing and documenting design specifications and solutions according to defined processes and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with application developers and IT operations to document testing, rollout, and implementation plans.
  • Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, including developing and executing test plans/scripts.
  • Work with the IT security, risk, and compliance organization to ensure policies and standards are followed in new solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems.
  • Analyze, plan, and coordinate updates and product upgrades.
  • Respond to and support business teams on systems functionality and improvements.
  • Evaluate benchmarks and scalability to ensure system stability.
  • Share product knowledge with co-workers and security teams through participation in social media platforms.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of identity and access experience, preferably with Aveksa and CA PAM.
  • Strong IAM & Access Controls requirements definition and implementation experience.
  • Solid understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, and Accounts Inventories with Ownership and LCM.
  • Strong Oracle queries development and data mining experience.
  • Hands-on experience with WEB UI design focusing on positive user experience.
  • Scripting abilities in Pentaho (PDI), JavaScript, Perl, PowerShell, or SQL.
  • Experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic charts for data analysis and reporting.
