About the position

The Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Amplity Health is responsible for engaging Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through telephone, virtual, and in-person interactions to promote assigned client products. This role combines remote engagement with field visits, aiming to maximize product sales and meet client objectives. The representative will develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, educate them about product features, and ensure appropriate patient use while collaborating with client teams and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations to influence customers and increase product sales.
  • Promote client products via telephone or virtual calls, or in person by engaging assigned HCP targets in in-depth product discussions.
  • Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
  • Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.
  • Achieve quarterly client sales quotas.
  • Effectively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and programs.
  • Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions within program timelines.
  • Collaborate with client field sales Account Managers and Sales Managers for territory coverage planning.
  • Prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of previous sales experience or relevant professional experience with a proven record of success.
  • Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed.
  • Ability to travel, including regular regional air travel, up to 50% of applicable working days.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Account and territory management experience.
  • Inside Sales or Contact Center experience.
  • Aesthetics experience.
