About the position

Horizon Services is seeking an HVAC Technician who is passionate about problem solving and customer service. Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $48+/hr. with bonuses and incentives. Technicians will go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Previous customer service experience in a technical field.
