As we expand, we’re looking for skilled, detail-oriented electricians to solidify our reputation in residential installations. We are hiring for experienced Sales HVAC Service Technician. In addition to unlimited earning potential, we offer our employees the following benefits and perks: Compensation $22-24/hr DOE + commission (total yearly compensation averaging above $130k) Schedules Available: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm or Wednesday - Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm Ability to dispatch from home. Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off. 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family. Company contributions to 401K. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust while on-site.
  • Assess the condition of the customer's HVAC system and identify opportunities for upgrades or replacements.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of upgrading or adding on to the customer's existing system, setting the stage for a sales conversation.
  • Schedule appointments with customers for Comfort Advisors to follow up on leads and provide further consultation and sales presentations.
  • Remain on-site after setting appointments to greet Comfort Advisors upon arrival and assist in facilitating the sales process as a two-person team.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about available products and services, including pricing and financing options.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service calls, and appointments scheduled.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through lead generation and customer referrals.

Requirements

  • HVAC experience required: 3+ years.
  • Sales experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred.
  • You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
  • Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
  • Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
  • Valid Washington Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
