About the position

American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect year-round full-time work with high income potential, including opportunities to earn more than $100k per year. The position offers paid orientation, paid training, and flexible shift schedules at most locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Provide excellent customer service delivery.
• Participate in paid orientation and training programs.
• Utilize a fully stocked, take-home company vehicle and gas card.
• Maintain a professional uniform and participate in cleaning service.
• Engage in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
• Support professional growth and development through a national network.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Ability to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
