About the position

LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support a contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance in Rutland, VT (Federal Building). The position offers an hourly pay rate of $40.00 per hour, along with a Health & Welfare Pay of $7.00 per hour (up to 40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.

Benefits
