The HVAC Installer is responsible for the expert installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial as replacements account for a significant portion of the company's business, and the installer must uphold the company's reputation through meticulous work and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Serve clients through expert installation of replacement systems.
- Maintain a neat work area and protect client property during installations.
- Re-check each installation aspect to prevent callbacks.
- Explain the system to clients post-installation and ensure their satisfaction.
- Train installation assistants for maximum efficiency.
- Fill out installation paperwork accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck.
- Adhere to company Code of Ethics and Team Rules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean background check
- Drug-Free
- 5 years of HVAC experience (Preferred)
- EPA Type II certification (Preferred)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with heavy lifting (50-75 pounds)
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Familiarity with handheld power tools
