Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Industrial/Commercial HVAC experience
• Working knowledge of the installation of all types of HVAC systems and materials
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and comprehending blueprints and drawings
• Must be able to work safely off of ladders and manlifts
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in the installation of roof top units, exhaust systems, and make-up air systems
• Welding experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and managerial skills are a must
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately
• Responsible for developing and training apprentices
• Prioritize and complete general and daily responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized job and well inventoried company van
• Exhibit excellent customer relations skills
• Assist with the coordination of job materials, labor and equipment
• Work with other departments as needed as a team
