About The Position

As a Lead Installer, you guide projects to completion, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Overview: Comfort Solutions is hiring Lead HVAC Installers to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC & Fireplace systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
- Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
- Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
