About the position
Firebird Analytical Solutions & Technologies is seeking a Top Secret/SCI HUMINT Collections Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support SOCPAC at Camp Smith, Hawaii. The role involves overseeing HUMINT and Counterintelligence collection requirements, integrating operational needs across various levels, and providing intelligence products to support Special Operations Forces missions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate, organize, assess, and monitor HUMINT and Counterintelligence collection requirements for SOCPAC.
- Integrate requirements across tactical, operational, and strategic levels of operations.
- Provide intel products and support to SOCPAC and disseminate to various units and organizations.
- Manage source registration and monitoring for CI and HUMINT operations.
- Oversee CI and HUMINT activities reporting in accordance with governing instructions.
- Ensure collection requirements on incoming intelligence information reports are appropriate.
- Establish procedures for rapid dissemination of actionable information.
- Review and expedite publication of intelligence information reports (IIRs).
- Maintain liaison with CI and HUMINT collection requirements managers.
- Coordinate with Counterintelligence and HUMINT Operations Cells for tasking collectors.
Requirements
- Ten years of experience in communicating, directing, organizing, assessing, and monitoring ISR assets including HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and MASINT.
- Four years of experience in defining operational, logistical, and administrative business objectives for All-Source Intelligence Collection Requirements Management.
- Six years of experience with three years in SOF, integrating requirements across tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
- Five years of experience with collection management and briefing within USINDOPACOM/INDO-PAC AOR.
