About the position

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources processes to include Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development, Position Management, and/or Human Resources Information Systems. This position will report to the Administrative Services Division, Manager, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Human Resources processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development, Position Management, and Human Resources Information Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of three years of human resources or personnel management experience is required.
• Additional experience in human resources or personnel management may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.
