About the position

The Human Resources Generalist at FanDuel Sportsbook & Horse Racing plays a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a proactive approach to human resources and collaboration with all levels of staff to foster a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Service and support client service groups in recruitment, advertising, selection, licensing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Review applications to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Utilize applicant tracking system to review applicants for open positions and communicate interview opportunities with identified candidates, maintaining accurate lifecycle recruiting procedures.
• Research, analyze, and identify the best sources for recruitment advertising including social media, online websites, print, radio, and others.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting.
• Manage the internal transfer process.
• Coordinate the license and renewal process for Team Members in various service groups as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Exceptional public speaking ability.
• Ability to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
• Computer skills required include database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
