About The Position
The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team. Situated on 22 acres along Waikiki's broadest stretch of sand with 2,860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets, this premier meeting destination offers over 150,000 sq. ft. of function space and Waikiki's most unique meeting and event venues. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’re not just providing support to HR department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Requirements
- Very organized individual with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working within a Human Resource Department, including as an Administrative Assistant is a PLUS!
- Experience with event planning including scheduling, event communications, day of coordination, and comfortable with speaking to/in front of large groups of people.
- Previous hospitality/hotel experience is a PLUS!
