As a Senior Manager, Human Resource (HR) Global Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Project Manager in Capital One's HR Business Risk Office, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR life cycle for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. This includes project managing HR due diligence, planning and/or managing for integration, and executing all transaction / integration, risk-related and associate-oriented processes. The team works and collaborates with key HR functional subject matter experts and enterprise cross-functional deal or integration teams including Risk and Compliance. This role will have a global scope, supporting acquisition and/or integration activities across geographies and lines of businesses.
