About the position

The Human Resource Consultant/Key Account Executive at ADP serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to address critical business challenges. This role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and retention through effective consultation and service delivery, while also managing complex client relationships and ensuring the delivery of service excellence. The position requires a proactive approach to client engagement and problem resolution, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a consultant and business partner to assigned client issues, Service/Operational Teams, Sales and Market leadership.
  • Drive client retention and deliver messages regarding the value proposition to clients and associates.
  • Participate on task force or project teams focused on strengthening client relationships.
  • Design and execute improvements for processes and procedures to meet established goals.
  • Set and manage client expectations and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Act as escalation point for complex client or advisor issues, coordinating internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Communicate actively and consistently with clients and internal teams.
  • Work with the Senior Director to develop and implement best practices for service delivery.
  • Conduct financial analyses of client relationships and provide insights on service value.

Requirements

  • 5 years of service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
  • 5 years of successful business leadership experience.
  • Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environments.
  • Experience managing multiple larger complex clients or advisor relationships in HR-related areas at senior levels.
