About the position

The Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) at ADP is responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. This role involves cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, assessing buyer needs, and presenting tailored ADP solutions. Responsibilities

  • Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
  • Attend training programs and collaborate with sales teams to sell human resources solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers.
  • Set appointments and gather leads from established internal partners.
  • Assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
  • Manage multiple sales processes through various stages until implementation.
  • Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat and persistent style.
  • Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and exceed sales quotas.
  • Three years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in field sales, or military experience.
