Responsibilities

• Understanding Oracle HCM Cloud data structures for reporting.
• Ensuring data consistency across HCM modules.
• Participating in HR systems configuration and testing.
• Troubleshooting data issues for all HR systems and processes.
• Acting as an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and reporting (BI, OTBI and Tableau experience required).
• Collaborates with stakeholders on reporting needs to provide actionable insights.
• Maintaining data integrity and documentation for reports.
• Supporting stakeholders with reports and dashboards.
• Staying updated on Oracle HCM Cloud analytics features.
• Participating in upgrades related to reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience with a focus on analytics.
• Proven experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of HR data and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization.
• SQL skills (preferred).
