Responsibilities
- Manage the full desk recruitment process for various HR functions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for product manager and business analyst positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes in a heavily regulated environment.
- Maintain candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with full desk/lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for product manager or business analyst roles.
- Familiarity with agency and corporate recruiting environments.
- Ability to work in a heavily regulated environment.
Nice-to-haves
