About the position

The Old Navy HR Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing key Human Resources projects, ensuring effective execution from concept to launch. This position involves collaboration with various teams within HR and business partners to streamline decision-making processes and manage project execution across business operations. The role requires exceptional communication, organization, and strategic thinking to drive talent initiatives and achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners and brand leaders to develop and execute talent strategies.
  • Advise and consult with leaders to operationalize People and Culture goals for specific business outcomes.
  • Enable successful execution of talent initiatives through effective project and process management.
  • Ensure clarity of desired outcomes and alignment on key milestones for initiatives.
  • Responsible for the quality of services and advice to meet business partner needs.
  • Share responsibility for team results, resources, budget, and adherence to policies.

Requirements

  • Strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing, and analyzing to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and present them through compelling data storytelling.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfort with HR systems.
  • Organizational savviness to build relationships across a matrixed organization and understand business needs.
