About the position

DHL Supply Chain is seeking top-notch HR Managers to provide outstanding customer service to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships. As an HR Manager, you will be part of everyday life in our operations, which are fully transparent and invested in the success of our clients. You will partner with teams to proactively identify and solve issues, lead a team providing full life-cycle Human Resources support, and work closely with business leaders to embed the people element of the business strategy. Your hands-on approach will help monitor employee engagement and provide coaching to associates at all levels. You will also manage the people impacts of organizational change projects and ensure your voice is heard in management circles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner to proactively identify and solve issues
  • Lead a team providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
  • Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
  • Monitor employee engagement levels
  • Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels
  • Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects
  • Deliver results effectively

Requirements

  • High School education or GED, required
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR, required
  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of seven years HR experience, preferred
  • Master's degree in Human resources or other related field, preferred
  • PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
  • Previous experience partnering with senior management, preferred
  • Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change, preferred
