About the position

The HR/IT Generalist at Tech Army, LLC is responsible for managing and supporting various HR and IT projects and initiatives. This role involves interfacing with agency leadership and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services, applying administrative and technical expertise, and providing training and support to agency staff. The position is primarily remote but requires occasional onsite presence in Tallahassee, Florida for meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with agency executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of HR/IT projects.
• Apply administrative, consultative, and technical expertise to clarify business and functional specifications.
• Plan, organize, execute, and control tasks and resources for successful project delivery.
• Identify and provide solutions for HR/IT projects through research and analysis.
• Manage and direct teams and resources in the completion of HR/IT projects as a Project Leader.
• Organize and manage support services to achieve agency mission.
• Support agency staff training through formal instruction, workshops, or seminars.
• Comply with and enforce agency policies and security procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in HR and IT project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Knowledge of compliance with accessibility standards under the ADA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with PowerDMS or similar policy management systems.
• Familiarity with training development and delivery.
• Project management certification.
