Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking an HR Generalist as a Remote position. Preferred candidates will be located within the Central or Eastern time zones.   • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and policy compliance.
  • Oversee HRIS administration including records maintenance and data audits.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and CoEs to ensure HR compliance and operational support.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and provide procedural guidance.
  • Assist in Employee Relations and overflow client support for the Americas D&E Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver workforce analytics and strategic reports.
  • Support performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Employee Relations and compliance activities.
  • Preferred experience in the software, automotive, or networking industry.
  • Familiarity with working in global or cross-functional HR teams.
