About the position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Englewood, Colorado-based team. This is an exciting position in a fast-moving business. Be a part of changing the face of TV! Opportunity is here. As the Executive Assistant for two Human Resources Leaders, you will perform project coordination and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Google suite to set and schedule meetings, arrange travel plans and itineraries, and direct preparation of records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings
  • Maintain long-range planners, travel and vacation calendars on a daily basis for HR executive leadership and compile and submit expense reports
  • Coordinate events such as team meetings, team member recognition and engagement events, department social functions, and training events; support special HR-related projects on an as-needed basis
  • Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, VPs, and Directors to form positive, long-lasting relationships
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions
  • Pull and research data and reports for analysis to support HR executives regarding their teams (ex. Performance data, team size by level and title, etc.)
  • Compile data for dashboards/metrics related to talent for the organization
  • Prepare spreadsheets using an intermediate knowledge of formulas and formatting, create visually appealing slide presentations or documents in support of the Executive Leadership team
  • Create agendas and Powerpoint/Google slides presentation templates for bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly staff and all team meetings, including room set up and provisioning for the meetings (inclusive of 5 to 150 team members depending upon the meeting)
  • Monitor department/general email inboxes and respond to routine inquiries and/or escalate as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent, related degree where appropriate, and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive documents
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through
  • Ability to apply judgment and critical thinking to tasks and assignments
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
  • Ability to work well with staff at all levels, from individual contributors to Senior Executives
  • Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence
  • Strong Google Suite skills, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
