The Employee Relations Partner at Avera plays a crucial role in managing and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring consistent practices that promote positive employee relations. This position involves supporting business leaders, enhancing the Employee Relations Model, and providing counsel on labor-related strategies while maintaining a high retention and engagement environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve escalated employee relations situations.
  • Support enhancements to the Employee Relations Model through effective consultations and data analysis.
  • Ensure consistent practices that promote positive employee relations.
  • Provide counsel and guidance to business leaders on human resource management.
  • Analyze trends and use data to inform employee relations practices.
  • Instill trust and demonstrate interpersonal savvy in all areas of human resource management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource concepts and applications, particularly in employee relations.
  • HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, ASHHRA) preferred.
